it is not in the Koran or is Sharia law it is outlawed in all Islamic counties that are not sub Saharan
including The most strictest Muslim counties including Iran, Saudi Arabia etc

female circumcision is an African practice

Yes. It is a dreadful practice with absolutely no medical basis. In fact, it kills and maims many of its victims. What is worst is it's the older women who are subjecting these poor little girls to these barbaric operations.

In Islam the 'angels' can take only the resemblance 'males' if they visit earth and they are obedient to God, always (so the fallen angel or bad angels theory does not exist in Islam).... but jinn (genies) can take the form of male or female and jinn can be both good (obedient to God) and also bad (disobedient to God)
