As opposed to reporting members to the mods in order to get them banned because they "feel" triggered?

Oh so I can get you banned just by reporting you? Is that how it works? Me reporting something has the same effect as a mod pushing the ban button? And all only based on my personal feelings? Wow I didn't know I had that kind of power at my disposal.

Not saying names but historically those who practice this form of subterfuge find themselves on the receiving end.

You're obviosly talking about this report I made: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=391105&start=64#p8672197

Personally, there are only a few people who I would’ve liked to have seen go.

Bea Arthur is straight up rude to me with the insults she’s posted towards me. Don’t care for her personality. Wouldn’t mind if she left. She did for a while and doesn’t post much so whatever, pretty easy to ignore her when she’s around.

Sly279’s negativity (And politics) isn’t missed.

Marknis used to be very difficult. Not any more! He’s a mellow fellow now. 8) Rather see him stay than go.

Other than that, whatever. There’s some bickering but that’s to be expected - almost everyone is autistic.

No he's angry that my report of his post lead to him getting a temp ban. And he's telling me he can play that game too so I better watch it.

I've had people assume what I have said I didnt even say because they didn't take me literal. Those on the spectrum have done this to me too. I have gotten to a point where I now tell anyone online "I'm on the autism spectrum so what I say is literal and what i exactly said. Nothing in between." I also tell them, "not my problem you read it that way" depending on my mood.

I might just start calling everyone ableist now for not taking me literal. I dont know if that will change anything and if they will be too dense to know. Might just think I am denying it or whatever. People refuse to think they read your post wrong. They only care how they interpreted it. They do not care what wasn't written. These people I just write off. On social media I block if they are rude.

Funny story, I said Trump lovers on Twitter and someone thought I meant trumptards. I told him "no I meant Trump lovers, I would have said the other if I meant it. I speak literal." People are weird man. Decide to change a word in your sentence and pretend you meant that word as if they can read your mind.

Two things here.
1.) Most of the violence at the Capitol was caused by blm and antifa. Real Trump supporters are peaceful.
2.) I will always stand with Trump.

Except for EzraS who would get his undies in a knot if people posted threads he wouldn’t have or didn’t approve of & would criticize their posting style for being too informal etc. That’s why I said what I said. 8)

I get a feeling that post was made to get people here riled up just by how it was written. Good job on her part. You gave her the reaction she was fishing for.

It's a waste of time to argue with these people. Would you want to argue with someone about the earth not being flat. Nothing will convince them otherwise.

BTW, only five people died.

That's quite a grudge you've got going there.

Not to mention a deflection of what I'm talking about.

I don't get how on one had there's all kinds of bragging about those who have been mucseled off WP, and on the other hand there's denial and deflection when it's pointed out

What denial/deflection? I’m the only one who’s named names - well, one name. EzraS thought the News and Current Events subforum was his sandbox and he could tell people how to use it & how to reply to posts. That’s ridiculous.

And even at that, I already said he wasn’t on a list of people I wouldn’t have minded if they left. MY list is very short. I may get into back and forths with people but I don’t care one way or the other if they’re still here.

So, other than EzraS (my suggestion), who do you suggest intended to drive people away?

I think Trump set people at each other's throats & his fans are still salty about admitting it.

I already specified there's a certain group trying to eliminate those who aren't woke enough. I already pointed out how this is evidenced in their bragging about how many they've eliminated.

You're deflecting from that.

I think too much devotion in being for or against Trump is the problem, and that people ultimately only have themselves to blame for it.

A similar strategy of infiltration, by the left, happened in academia.

Is this the normal assumption that anyone using Marxist concepts to 'frame' capitalism in a wider context (an event that's otherwise rare in U.S. culture) MUST be a Marxist themselves?

Can you provide any evidence of a deliberately orchestrated plot?

It would be easy to argue that white nationalists gravitate towards positions of authority because they're power-hungry. One could also argue that academics gravitate towards intelligent, broad-minded debate because they're more intelligent and broad minded than average.

Academia has overstepped their reasonable boundaries, here in Australia, through bypassing parental responsibilities and are indoctrinating their students into left-wing political dogma.
I am firmly against this.
If you don't have a problem with this, then we will have to agree to disagree.
I suggest we move on. 8)

It takes two to keep an argument going and one to stop it. That means one has to stop responding for the conversation to end.

All talk but no substance.

I actually point out how others seem to have a partisan mindset, rather than brag about my greater objectivity. 8)

A person with a partisan mindset doesn't:
-Admit there is wrong on both sides.
-Admit that there are good policies on either side.
-Consider the situation holistically.

Your argument is invalid.

The "Orrukal of Troofths" says he doesn't brag about his "greater objectivity"

SURE... 8)

So, pointing out The truth is bragging, in your book?
Interesting. 8)

When "Da Truthz" you're "pointing out" is "I'm SO impartial! 8) 8) 8) 8) ", then yes. That definitely sounds like bragging in my book.

If you were really that impartial, you wouldn't have an opinion on your own degree of impartiality. You would be impartial, and simply let others decide for themselves. But you sure seem eager to make sure people know how impartial you are.

@ Tempis

Wow, in the space of a few posts you swung full 180 from "people are being muscled off of WP!" to "people only have themselves to blame", and I'll bet you don't even see the irony...
