UBI would raise inflation so essentials would cost more defeating the objective.

Instead of paying (using us money) 50c for a can of beans you`ll be paying $3, instead of $1000 rent you`ll be paying $5000. It would also wipe out your savings & any pension funds earned & payed out.

This is basic ecconomics give everyone a $1 million dollars and you`ll all be having to pay $1 billion a year in rent like back in the Weimar Republic. Nobody gets richer quite the reverse.

So bad idea

To Raise Taxes on the Rich, Who Agree

Their Taxes Should Be Raised, Just to Placate

'The R-Base' That Is Intent on Saying No To Anything

Flavored With A Democrat 'D-Win'; However, i've Had

'Universal Basic Income', A Large Part of my Life; Just

ReFuSinG to Buy

In Excess

And Say to

Hell With the

So-Called American

Dream of Buy Buy Buy

Everyday Low Prices Filling

Up Double Car Garages; i Realize

One Must Earn Some Money to Do this;

Yet on the Other Hand, i Surely Am Still Enjoying

A Whole Lot of Universal Basic Income that means i'm Free of Being Anyone Else's Slave....

Small Things; Keep the Same Car 15 Years; They Will Last That Long; Keep The Same Modest (And Wife)

I don't know how you guys are doing with work and paying taxes, but let's say everything is terrible. The system where the poor remain poor forever seemed to absorb me.
