Don't assume from this that most American Jews support Trump, although the percentage may be higher for people on the spectrum. As this may surprise some non-Americans, I'll just say the reasons are somewhat complicated.

That tracks with my personal experience. Although, I also tend to have a very liberal social network to start with.

I prefer the US to be ruled by any Republic president any day because Democrat administrations were always suckers for Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle east.

Since I am into filmmaking and a movies Hollywood has gone downhill in movie quality the last few years. Whenever I ask other filmmakers what happened, they say that it was because of Trump and ever since he was elected, Hollywood lost it's guts to take on many things risky or challenging anymore, because of the not wanting to possibly offend the social movement that took place after Trump's election.

Do you think that's true though, and Hollywood's prudishness is all because of Trump too, or is that a reach?

It is all a reach. Movie quality has gone downhill over the last several decades because mainstream Hollywood producers do not want to risk losing money on inexperienced writers, directors, and producers, so they put out "safe" movies that are based on previous successes.

Obama got Bin Laden and Bush let his family escape without even interviewing them. Most likely because Bush's oil connections. Carter refused to return the Shah to Iran.

Trump took some actions as President that could be interpreted as "kowtowing to Israel". Or do you not consider him to be a real Republican?

Donald Trump illustrates some of the traits that are going extinct in this world. Nope, I am not talking about his looks or style. lol

Former President Trump is a man who can stand upright and who commands respects.✊ Trump was one of the few standing up against that plandemic. Covid was sold as a very deadly virus but Trump knew it was a money racket for the elite few, with Billy the Gator in charge. Anyway… Trump .. this gotta be him or one of his associates, appointed as the next US President.
