If that's intended as an excuse it might work more successfully on people who aren't autistic. Being autistic hasn't made the rest of us into stock manipulating con artists, sex pests, robber barons or sieg heiling far-right propagandists.

Elon's terrible behaviour isn't due to autism. It's due to Elon being a terrible person.

To quote a great American poet, they not like us, they not like us.

I know very little about Musk, but I'm certainly impressed by his acheivements, so I'd be inclined to give him a lot of lee way, should he display any oddities. One can't be both excepional and normal!

His main achievement is buying other people's achievements and then suing to be made co-achiever.

What actual, independent achievements of his are so impressive?

Running two companies isn't impressive?

There's plenty of do-nothing and do-nothing but causes crises the underlings have to fix CEOs out there.
It's not that impressive to be that kind of CEO at multiple companies. All the real work is being done by other people, he just basks in the credit.

How exactly is Elon running Tesla and Twitter? Into the ground.

Tesla is bleeding money and it's stock is greatly overvalued at the moment. Twitter has lost a huge amount of value and has lost most of their advertisers.

Instead of trying to do a bunch of things incompetently at once Elon should maybe try to focus on doing one thing competently. He seems to have taken the PR campaign to present him as the love child of Einstein and Tony Stark a little too seriously.

No, not especially - and the word "running" here is debatable.
Anyone can buy a company and run it into the ground - Twitter, for example.

I wonder why they still call it tweeting, rather than X-ting.

Because then it becomes clear how ridiculous is Musk's obsession about "X". :chin:

You shouldn't be, most of his accomplishments can be summarized by him spending his parents money to buy in on things that other people were doing. PayPal and Tesla are both good examples. Hyperloop was one of the dumbest ideas ever, similarly the Boring company was a stupid idea. I think Space X is the only smart thing he's done, but even there, it's questionable how much of that is really the result of him, when he has time to fire random employees that he sees at certain points in the day for no particular reason.

It's worth noting that a lot of the issues that Tesla has is that Musk shoots his mouth off and they have to scramble to be close enough to what he's saying that nobody winds up in prison. They had to massively scale their production capacity in order to make a plausible stab at his projections, even though they were BS and it wound up being incredibly expensive as they couldn't just pay for it with revenue or plan how to have the parts they needed there when they needed them because hitting those numbers became the priority.

Why Do You Guys Hate Elon Musk?

"dont you"

He is not even a official part of the Government and now may have access to all US citizen SSI stuff and numbers.
All I hear from his side is talk and firing people. yup guess firing people would cost less, ? unless they print your checks?
