Ron Paul wins 21 of Maine's 24 Republican delegate spots

Ron Paul Wins 22 Nevada Delegates; Romney, 3

This process is so convoluted that it's deceptive, and it's so deceptive that it's tyrannical.

Edit: Did anyone hear about this in the news without having to dig for it?

Except when he talks about abortion rights, guns, AIDS, science, evolution, African-Americans, Mexicans, Asians, rap music (he calls it "the thumping beat once heard on safari"), the so-called white race (which he fears is dying out), Jews, or the Mossad (which he holds responsible for the 1993 WTC bombing). He does make sense at times, but he's still as nutty as a squirrel. A squirrel that is working with anti-gay activists and accepts donations from white supremacist groups.

I don't see how Ron Paul makes anybody look dumb. He's just expressing his isolationist ideology. If you like it, then you'll cheer, and if you don't then you won't. He's not giving some powerful analysis.

No. Don't comment on American politics if this is the amount of knowledge you bring to the table.

Non-intervention ≠ isolationism

In this case, foreign aid is akin to the free calendar or gift basket that companies occasionally send to their customers. Both Israel and Saudi Arabia are U.S. arms customers, and both countries receive foreign aid. "Sorry that we supply your enemies with weapons. Here's a check to make up for it, courtesy of the American taxpayer. Now, how many F-16s would you like to order again?"

Ok then. I'll let Ron Paul himself do the commenting:

"Whites don't vote for candidates that promise to promote white interests, whereas blacks and Hispanics do."

"As whites are dying off, they are not replacing themselves. Meanwhile, Asian immigration is taking off and black births are booming."

"AIDS carriers should not be mixed with regular patients, let alone healthy babies."

"If there is one thing we don't need in this country, it's more Haitian immigrants with AIDS."

"The largest blood bank in San Francisco ... holds blood drives in the gay Castro district, where people give at three times the usual level. Either they are public spirited, or they're trying to poison the blood supply."

"Polls show Bill Clinton's major negatives to be: history of sexual infidelity, kowtowing to blacks, and possible drug use."

"Just look at the clothing young people wear today (baggy jeans, backwards hats, high-top sneakers) ... and the music they listen to (which has a thumping beat once heard on safari)."

"If you have to use a gun on a youth, you should leave the scene immediately, disposing of the wiped off gun as soon as possible."

"I think there is a theory, a theory of evolution, and I don't accept it."

"I can assure you that life begins at conception."

"I consider abortion an act of violence. Violence is one thing that the government has the responsibility to curtail."

"Many say we must reform healthcare and treat it as a right ... But too many forget the immorality of stealing from others in order to make this so."

"The fact that the national healthcare overhaul could force taxpayers to subsidize abortions and may even force private insurers to cover abortions is more reason that this bill and the ideas behind it, are neither constitutional, moral, nor in the American people’s best interest."

Ron Paul in a nutshell. Don't comment on him if you're blissfully unaware of the above statements (or prefer to ignore them).

Pure nonsense. You clearly haven't a clue of what Ron Paul stands for and have any understanding of the beliefs of individualism.

If we're going to play this game of smears, I'm surprised you take issue with those bogus quotes considering your countries views on race. It's a permanent stain.

Sorry for showing off the great libertarian hero for who he really is. People can believe in individualism and still be racist, anti-intellectual bigots.

PS: The above quotes are from statements Ron Paul made in speeches, on TV, in books, and in newsletter articles that he wrote himself. But even if you quote the man himself, it's still a smear attack  Had I quoted the newsletter articles that he merely signed off on, this would have been a LOT more ugly. But even that, the allegations of Martin Luther King being a pedophile and the mislabeling of MLK Day as "Hate wh***y Day", wouldn't have been a smear. Is it unfair to assume that articles published in the "Ron Paul Political Report" and the "Ron Paul Survival Report" reflect the views of their namegiver? I don't think so.

No, individualism is inherently opposed to racism as race in general is a form of collectivism.

You've shown nothing besides that you can copy and paste quotes from pinko blogs. The racial ones are all newsletter garbage he never wrote or signed off on. Posting this garbage is akin to birtherism. Find me one speech, book, or tv appearance or anything in his legislative career that would suggest those words are his own, good luck with that.

All is fair, apparently, when anyone dares say anything that is less than flattering about Mr. Paul.

No it is unfair to bring up past history of dark times of a country that to this day is still paying for it.
