donald trump continues to lie to Americans and downplay the seriousness of the coronavirus pandemic? 
Surely there are stupid people who believe what he tells them and that in turn results in more Americans getting infected & dying.
Wtf? Why are politicians on both sides of the aisle not making an effort to have him removed from office in order to get this pandemic under control and save lives?
Either he’s doing it on purpose (impeachable) Or he’s so mentally ill he’s incapable of doing his job properly. (Removal under the 25th amendment.)
How is it that all of the politicians in power in the USA are willfully blind to this?

Less that 200 days until Donald J. Trump leaves office.
Here is the Countdown Timer.
That was for a couple of Many prior offences. These are new and in 200 days a LOT can change in terms of a viral pandemic.. like the country Could get it under control and slow the death toll significantly, Or it could just run wildly out of control because people are taking advice from the orange guy that wants them to die for his re-election campaign.
Or is this a calculated move by the Democrats? Accept the collateral damage of another hundred thousand or more dead Americans between now and Election Day in order to have a larger number to make an election ad impact with? “djt let 250,000 Americans die So Far, so vote him out so we can end this madness!”
And if that’s the case, what if things get so bad with corona that only trump supporters dare go to the polls and democrats living in states without mail in voting don’t vote because they don’t want to get sick and die and then this mentally deranged idiot gets re-elected?
I sure hope they’ve done the math on the risks of that happening!

If Trump loses Florida, it's probable that he loses the election.
So inaction on trump’s coronavirus lies is a calculated move to let as many people in Florida die as possible so that living voters in the state will turn on trump for his failure and vote Biden? Maybe..

If I can think it so can they.
Politicians have proven time and time again that they will put their careers and political gains ahead of what’s right for their constituents - especially in the USA as is evidenced by all the republicans who have hitched their careers to trump and thus refused to kick him out of office when he was impeached.
So, why wouldn’t politicians on the other side of the aisle think in terms of giving trump enough rope to hang himself wih in Florida?
They won’t admit it openly or publicly, but I guarantee you someone has crunched the numbers and figured out just how badly each incremental rise in coronavirus deaths hurts trump’s chances of re-election.These people have specialists that tell them what colour shoes to wear in front of which audience for crying out loud, certainly they have statisticians economists and pollsters crunching the big picture numbers like this!

Lol his career is over.
There is no way the senior citizens of Florida are going to re-elect him after his decisions as governor result in 10’s of thousands+ of them dying.
His workload Right Now is extremely high, yes. But only temporarily until he’s replaced by someone competent.

Yeah, you’re probably right.
He wouldn’t want to actually put the time and effort into doing the work necessary to actually mitigate the virus and save lives. Obviously he has more
important work to do.
