Hey, guys. I've just recently found out about the upcoming Project 2025. I've only recently noticed it yesterday, they're run by hard-core Trump-worshippers (I don't really view them as "supporters" anymore) who want to take away so many rights to certain minorities, among many things. To be fair, there are all kinds of book banners out there on both the left and the right.

For example, I think the calls to ban books like Huckleberry Finn and others were from the left claiming to be against racism or like Of Mice and Men, apparently for religious reasons.

There is also a big push to "clean up" books such as Roald Dahl's books because they are not exactly politically correct.

All of those on the left and the right need to grow up.

Trump's something like a 90's democrat. I don't see him going with Christian fundamentalist standards of life.

Regarding sexual reassignment surgery on minors, as far as I am concerned, that is sexual abuse and should be prosecuted.

Too many kids don't really know what they want to do and they definitely don't need their parents trying to make such decisions for them. Once they are adults, if they want the surgery, then that's their decision. But as kids, their minds aren't ready for such decisions.

He won't have to because by being their leader he's automatically exempt from their rules. At this point they care only that the leader enforces their awful rules on the populace, they don't care about what the leader does.

Shouldn't surgeries on intersex babies be banned? Shouldn't they be allowed to decide for themselves when they are mature enough to do so?

Unfortunately, many parents don't see it that way, instead wanting to make their child into however they want instead of respecting the child's identity and choices.
