There won't be a need for a stroke. Conscientious conservatives like McCain, and conservatives not so conscientious, but who are fearful of losing their grasp on power, like Ryan, will see they will have to impeach orange Mussolini when that constitutional, economic, and international crisis looms.
And I absolutely agree with you; Trump had stirred up racial and sexist hate to get elected, along with promising cure alls for the economy, like deporting millions of illegals.

That aside, please tell me, do you intend to answer my question? You have a chance to share your point of view to someone who is willing to take your perspectives into consideration. I will repeat it so you do not have to scroll back if you don't recall. How is a man who has done the below things wonderful?

1. Has failed to pay contractors and others who have worked for him...keep in mind these were usually small family businesses and independent contractors, supporting working class American families who relied on those paychecks to keep themselves afloat.

2. Had Atlantic City to try to take an old lady's home using eminent domain to build more parking spaces for limos at his casino. Vera Coking case. I typically don't cite Wikipedia but I researched this one years ago and have confirmed it's legitimacy.

3. Talks about grabbing women's genitals.

I see your comment as kind of encouraging, actually. And I actually kind of agree with parts of it. I would only change a few words of it, like so:

I think everyone knows he's not a pedophile. This is just a case of some on the right showing their true colors, and using the pedophilia crap as a pretext to drop him because they don't approve of his communication style being more effective, and his message being more right-wing, than theirs.

It's possible Milo can make a comeback from being down for the count ... time will tell.

I will add the disclaimer that I'm still not overly familiar with Milo, though I did pick up some curiosity about him here on WP, therefore I am open to learning more facts and perhaps changing my view of him and his situation should I come across information I've overlooked.

Numerous studies have show that liberals are much more open to new ecperiences and information. That is why conservatives call the wishy-washy.

The research also shows the conservatives are much more likely to reject new information and avoid new experiences.

When confronted with new, verifiable information that shows the opposite of thier belief, it often makes them cling to the belief even stronger.

Now, itis tough to draw conclusions about any one individual, but you claim is likely wrong unless you are talking about a conservative.

Naw, it went further than that. Go read what Lena said, surprised you haven't already read the book. If Milo wrote what she wrote then he'd be getting in trouble.

I think Milo will be fine but I think it's ridiculous how they've taken him down professionally but this what the left-wing media machine specializes in. The guy lives off notoriety and this bring more it, he rose out of total obscurity to begin with I should remind you.

On the subject of Milo, I'd just like to point out that he was taken down by the right, who've long viewed him as a huckster out to enrich himself at their expense. I'd be curious to know the true calculus behind his fall, whether it was "we can't associate with a guy who seemed to endorse pederasty" or more "we can't be associated with a guy who seemed to endorse pederasty", but there's really no way of knowing that.

Personally, I think he served a useful purpose in exposing illiberal tendencies in left wing environments, but have always viewed him as a glorified troll, ever since he attached himself to the Gamergate movement and rode it to internet celebrity. Like I said in the other thread on him, it's also just weird to me that the video that brought him down was openly available this whole time, not buried in archive somewhere or otherwise hidden, so it shouldn't have been such a shock to anyone.

The mainstream right had no incentive before, he was embarrassing and annoying their political opponents, and he couldn't really be connected to them, so there was no reason to go after him. The CPAC people were stupid to invite him, it explicitly tied them to him, so someone else had to make him radioactive enough to make them drop and disavow him.

Him getting disinvited from CPAC isn't particularly surprising, I was surprised they even invited him to begin with since unfortunately CPAC is not particularly enthused about gay Republicans. He should still show up and crash the party of course. Not sure what happened with Breitbart but I think Breitbart is probably trying to get itself into the White House press corp and having Milo kind of overshadows in terms of the attention he gets and a lot of the controversial clickbait articles written on Breitbart were written by Milo so maybe it's time to move on, I think he'll land on his feet since he was getting too big of a name for that site in my opinion. The book deal being canceled is just opportunists taking a chance to twist the knife in tho I think. The media characterizing him as a white nationalist couldn't be a bigger joke and honestly his 'trolls' are pretty standard but he gets blamed for people doing stuff on his behalf but it's not like he can control whatever 400lb weirdo in his parents basement does. People were more mad that he supported Trump than I think any of the things he said about feminism or whatever else he talked about.

All the social justice people I personally know would go straight to his involvement in Gamergate, since they view that as akin to Nazi party membership, while the Vox and Salon crowd would gravitate to his "feminism is cancer" or "birth control makes women fat" comments.
Personally, my favorite was the time he hired a black male pornstar to be his "bodyguard", claiming that angry feminists who were afraid of cock would be frightened off by the presence of a particularly large one...

yeah, i remember. it seems to be human nature to want to partake in/consume an entity more when they are being told by others that they should not be doing so. free advertising, too!
