Life is filled with miracles. And they
strengthen MY faith as well. But, yours
and mine are diametrically opposed.
Interesting, that.

If I was dying of cancer, or some such, I'd prefer to be given pain killers, and no other treatment. If it were curable, then have a shot at it; if not, forget it. I have no fear of death, even if there WAS nothing it wouldn't worry me. Oh, and if I end up in a coma due to a car accident or something, just switch off the machines. We are only here for a finite time, and we should all make the most out of it while we can.

When? I'm not sure in the house, he just wasn't breathing and had no pulse. I checked and so did my mom. In the hospital he died of asphyxiation, surrounded by doctors he choked to death on his own phlegm. His organs, such as kidneys and liver, had died due to small cell cancer. It started in his lungs and spread throughout the rest of his body. One doctor was going to outright murder.. uh.. I mean euthanize him, but we didn't go for that. He had live eight months past when he was expected to die from the cancer. Instead of letting him live another day they let him die of something they could have solved. Doctors suck.

Do you mean they wanted to give him double effect medicine or straight euthanasia?

Double effect then. Its certainly something I would take myself, if I was in such a situation.

Me too. There comes a time when life only becomes an insupportable burden to the individual and people deserve to be able to die with dignity.

Dosed up on pain medication is
NOT dignified.

Why not?

One should go in the full passion of their
pain, if they are strong enough. If we're
talking the very end of life, it might be
the last chance to feel. On the other hand,
if there is more, the power of that pain is
probably necessary to achieve the kind of
death which one needs to ascend. Either way,
one is throwing away something precious,
in order to escape some pain.

A real being would never choose that.

No, I wouldn't want to do that and would rather have proper pain relief.

Indeed. The weak always do.
I hope that I can face mine with
dignity and strength. But, I'm
afraid.

If the army didn't ban Asperger's (even ADHD) I would probably be fighting in the middle-east right now. Maybe I could still join Israel's Goyim militia, but either way I would see that as an honourable way to die, IF I DIED.

I don't know when they are going to stop fighting. It seems so pointless that they are fighting over a godforsaken barren area of country. I don't think they will ever see sense and stop fighting.

Iran is the one developing nuclear weapons that they've announced are going to be used to cleanse Israel off the map with. We have to keep going, if we don't many people's blood will be on our heads. Our hands will be stained red by innocent blood, for not preventing what we should.
