Your argument consists of "Make babies my way and we can take back control of the government!"

... illogical. You have yet to provide a solid reason why a same sex couple cannot achieve the same thing. Nor have you provided sound reasoning for how same sex marriage would erode and corrupt the government.

Same-sex people cannot have babies!

Because it would bring more evil.

Again, an ill formed argument.

I am not trying to scorn, I am simply frustrated. Oh, and you are laughing at me. That is my impatience with ya'll being manifested.

You want to know why I laugh? Because your arguments thus far are void of any kind of substance. First, you say same sex marriage shouldn't be allowed because you have some magical gift that tells you god doesn't like it, then you babble on about government control and sound like a super patriot.

Boy do you live in a bubble! Most think Mormons are repressed and stiff... not smart. In fact, most people I've met consider the LDS church a sanctioned cult.

But, my point was they followed all the standards from the bible.

Not repressed: I chose to live the way I live.

I don't know what your definition of a cult is, so I am not going to argue that.

May I ask, in what area were you a mormon from? Not the stake, just the state...Utah? Because I am fro AZ...the second biggest Mormon area and although there are bad members that make me want to lose faith, I have a testimony of the gospel, and there are good members EVERYWHERE in the world. Oh, and what made you not want to stay with the church?

Plenty of people agree Mormons follow a very strict morality, but give little or no credibility to the theology behind it.

Thank you, my point! :D Read those books and you'll know why

They will make it seem cool as opposed to what? evil, in the same catagory as pedophilia, wrong, bad ect. I don't agree with attempts to make it seem cool......it is just a state of being of some people but I would rather people think its cool then evil. And no being religious should not be a government structure.

Yea. It is not just a state of being, it is a wrong state of being!! !

And this is why a lot of homosexuals have to go through hell just to form an identedy of their own because all anyone wants to see is how wrong they are for the way their sexual orientation developed. It does not matter if someone is doing great things for society, if they are homosexual then they need to be reformed because they aren't just making the wrong choice they are wrong in general.

Repressed... not oppressed.

Where I'm from has nothing to do with my views on the LDS church. It's irrelevant.

Huh? I didn't talk about that?

It is not cold, have you read the talks?

We love the people...just not their actions.

Nationalism is a very dangerous thing, and look around we are becoming a lot like those chinese factory workers.....did you know 1% of the population controls most of the wealth, leaving a growing rate of un-employement and increasing the size of the poverty population. Also do you know why those chinese factory workers have to live the way they do? Corporate exploitation and the fact of the matter is a lot of these corporations come from the U.S. But corporate america is not going to stop there they wont stop when the citizens of the U.S are the only ones left to exploit.

Nationalism can be dangerous, but it can also be good. Exactly, so we need more people to overpower the wealthy.

Ok well I am not having babies any-time soon.

I understand those are around. Those are a major hindrance. But ultimately if we can win this battle, we can win that one.

Well considering the world is over-populated I think condoms and birth control are good.....I mean do we really want a bunch of people who cannot handle children having no choice but to risk a high chance of pregnancy every time they have sex?

The world is not overpopulated, there will always be room for all of god's creations on this planet. Certain areas may be over populated, but the world isn't.

 I've read plenty of talks, and was even sitting in sunday school when I was informed that gays are wicked. I saw the spitting hatred in all the faces around me. That says something... I don't read faces well at all.

I don't need you telling me there's no veiled bigotry in the church. I know it's there.

I've backed my stance up plenty, and without name calling. Nice try, though.
