Because most citizens don't have the awareness level to give a s**t what's going on around them, just like 90% of the people in this forum.. I'd say that's a pretty good reason. They an get away with it, or they sure enjoy doing so..

Airbase?.. so who's making p facts now.. how do you know who's planes these are, and where their base is?
I thought that was in question.. jut because you live near an airforce base does not mean the chemtrails have to be there.. in fact if you see NO contrails in your area, and you live near an airforce base..?? well then why dont the airforce base planes put off heavy duty contrails that don't go away. It seems everywhere on the planet the sky conditions are always just right for these criss cross chemtrail birds..

I'm pretty sure I was the only person here who knew about IPTO, which, in the long term, is a grave danger.
But there is evidence for IPTO, namely publicly available government documents. So that's a little bit different.

It existed long before, and will exist until there is closure.
