Most people don’t claim religion to be the whole truth. They know it’s merely symbolic.

Lincoln probably still used MySpace when he posted that (instead of Twitter, like Trump) because it was back in the old days!

Abe Lincoln was a politician and a lawyer. He wasn't God.

But he had damn good leadership qualities----that's for sure!

He was against slavery personally----but he didn't believe in the Abolitionist cause.

He believed the ultimate aim of the Civil War was the maintenance of the US Union over even the abolition of slavery. It's possible he would have allowed gradual emancipation, had the South agreed to this.

Consider that there already exists in electronics and programming that there are algorithms to try to detect lying .
( ie. Voice stress Analyzers) etc. wonder if a Aspie was involved in that process, but then what if they were not
And they tasked an Aspie with such work…… am suspect that the accuracy might go up or down ?.. ??? 8O IMHO.
Imagine unlimited honesty detection .. but on the other hand You might not want to wear it around your loved ones.
Then if you allowed people especially ASpies to wear one on the neck , for normal interactions . And further imagine
If a preprogrammed chip on this devise was set up to repeat over and over again, “ Get Away from this person Now”. … outloud , until the proximity detector gave a stop signal to the speaker to stop ,once the Aspie or person got away from the person. And since it is my invention will name it ‘The Societal equalizer Necklace”.
As a great lot of us prefer to be trusting in our interactions. Sort of Naive Like at times.
