Yes, the need to meet social norms or even just one's own goals will cause people to put themselves in unsafe circumstances. I'm sure considerations like internalized misogyny and meeting ones family's expectations would be relevant as well...

Yes, there's a lot lip service about misogyny but actions always speak louder than words.

Or to put it in religious terms, god helps those who help themselves

helps those who are able to help themselves. the rest he sits back and sees what happens. now and then he will take pity.

I actually think it's mean't to be a metaphor that people need to tap into their own power (call it god if you like)

Fair enough, life is a little like "Squid games". When the clock is close to running out of time it won't matter that you didn't pull all your resources.

That is a brutal analogy, for sure....

I like Squid games, its a great show and of course I always like to really see the acting of foreign shows so I've been watching it with the original korean with english subtitles. But yeah I don't even want to see the show in english because over-dubbing takes a lot away from the actors I feel like so I prefer to watch in the original language with english subtitles....that said the acting is so good half the time I feel I know what is going on before the subtitles explain it. Like idk the like visual dialoge of that show is pretty cool and it has for sure sucked me in like I want to know if that sort of main character survives and well I am rooting for the theif girl making it out alive since she defected from north korea where she was probably oppressed horribly so I like her character.

Again, politics is not an issue with me so long as that person isn’t an extremist.

Aside from that, when it comes to dating and relationships, the only issue would be that conservative women have no sex drive, they think sex is evil.

This is why fornication needs to be mandatory. Conservatives love telling people what they can or can’t do with their bodies. I say we return the favor.

Liberal folk are often more capitalist & upmarket than Conservatives. I can't stand 'liberals', honestly. Gimme a socialist over a liberal, any day. I don't mind working class Conservatives in Britain, as they just hate 'The Labour Party' and their wokeism, more than anything else. They don't like globalism either.

Class struggle is and always has been the main issue of social inequalities. Discrimination is a tertiary issue in a purely logical hierarchy, in terms of order of importance.

We get both types migrating here to the "antipodes" and I have worked socilaised with both types.

I've mentioned it before but liberal Brits who might have spent their 20s squatting in flats in London and being part of the alternative set end up becoming inner city bourgeoises in Melbourne and Sydney. Sipping caffe lattes and pretending to be better than everyone else.

But the working class conservatives who come to Australia become the Australian conservatives here in Oz. They very quickly assimilate into that mode because they were already hate immigrants, hate wokeism and want to create little Englands here

How do you propose forcing people to fornicate?

it'd be a matter of enticing them to fool around, hiring them a personal trainer and dietition, paying them to screw on camera would be a start.
