But the crucial part is not words but electronics. With Western sanctions, Russia is unable to produce and repair high-tech weapons. They buy drones in Iran, another already sanctioned country.
I doubt China would like to join that club, so I expect them to stay "balanced", repeating anti-Western propaganda (you don't get sanctioned for that) but not providing Russia with necessary supplies.
One lesser understood fact is that military chips are mostly very basic.
The same is probably true in the US the chips used in their cruise missiles and maybe even latest F35 / B2 are tasked to do a simple number crunching Job that they do very well.
A good example is the appolo moon rocket landing computer which had the power of a modern pocket calculator and weighed about 50kg.
It did it’s job very well back in 1969.
Chip power is mostly essential for graphics intensive work and other speciality fields.
Russia designs and builds their own military chips which are about 20 years behind latest from E Asia which are leaders
