You are confusing race with culture. Your claims about blacks reflect black americans and their culture but you clearly havent met very many black africans who are in some ways more like Indians than afro-americans.

You have experience that you misinterpret. East Indians are not more intelligent. The particular East Indians that you met may be, but India has over a billion people, and they aren't all software engineers and cardiologists and Ramada Inn owners. Thing is, the illiterate peasants that make up most of India don't migrate to Canada or the US - economics and politics work together so that those who do leave India tend to be far above average. India's caste system provides strong incentives for some to develop intellectually, while others are prevented from doing so. It isn't race, it is culture.
