In schools, universities and the workplace you can talk about black pride or gay pride or female pride or Mexican pride. (La Raza = The Race)

Everyone is allowed to form groups and have "pride" except white males.

If you even mention the subject then you are a bigoted Nazi Klansman who should be fired from your job and driven out of town.

Here's another thing to think about.
If you say anything against Jews or Israel then you are "anti Semitic"

Semitic does NOT mean Jewish. It means the people of a certain language group which includes the Palestinians.

So if I say anything against Palestinians am I being "Anti Semitic"?

Most Jews seem to want to have it both ways. Either you are "white" (European) or you are Middle Eastern (Semitic)

You can't be both at the same time.

Having 'pride' in your race is generally stupid no matter what race you are. It emphasizes differences rather than similarities, and I was under the impression that we were supposed to be judged by who we are and not what the color of our skin is.

Anyway, I'll go with the answer, "everyone's bigoted to some degree," which someone already more or less stated.

When you say "race" it should only be the "human" race. Anything else is a social construct. There's very little differences between humans in general. Our own individuality is the only thing that keeps us from being clones. <.<

And uh, i was under the impression that bigots usually speak out of prejudice, ignorance, or even both. <.<

I think I'll go with the "everybody is a bigot" option.

I don't think people who share the same ancestry and background as me are any better than anyone else though, I'm just better. :P

Not at all true. I can be proud of my Irish heritage, or my Italian heritage. Others can be proud of their German, French, or English heritage.

The term "anti-Semitism" has always referred explicitly and unambiguously to prejudice against Jews, not prejudice against Semitic ethnic groups.

You can't be both at the same time.

Jews are a cultural, ethnic, and religious group. People who fall into any of those three groupings can consider themselves to be Jews, so agnostics/atheists can still be ethnic Jews, and Europeans with a Jewish cultural or religious background can still consider themselves Jews if they are not ethnic Semites.

That is just political propaganda. You use the word "little" which is almost meaningless in the above context. I could state, for example, that within a certain genetic context there's little difference between chimps and humans, yet I doubt you'd want to sit down to a meal with a family of them. There are measurable differences between human populations from different parts of the world: distinct physiological differences, as well as genetic differences that control that physiology and the more subtle differences that are only revealed by statistical analysis. These differences correlate with what people widely refer to as different races.

I'm not particularly fond of the prototypical conservative or Fundamentalist Christians, but in a more abstract sense, I appreciate the role they play in the diversity of ideas we have. I just disagree with the direction they want to take the United States and the rest of the world. I'm also going to tend to think less of someone who holds the belief that anyone who doesn't share their personal convictions is doomed to eternal punishment. For groups that promote hatred of other races, nationalities, genders, etc. and especially violence against such people, I want nothing to do with them.

Everthing I needed to know about racsim...topic

...I learned from Sezme Street songs.

Admitting this will enable a person to engage in healthy self criticism. Knowing your personal biases and bigotisms aid in a person's self understanding as well, leading to understanding others. You still may not like others, but you can compromise by "live and let live."

Idealism? You gotta start somewhere. 8)

Last i checked ascan, every human is generally composed of the same organs, tissues, and whatnot. and you should know that chimps can easily imitate what we do, or in some cases, are capable of innovation and passing it on. Why i don't doubt that you've ever heard of some hamadrias baboons washing their potatoes in water to clear off the dirt?

The same applies to dogs, but I wouldn't take a poodle fox hunting.

You dumb bastards!

Today I read where 55% of babies born in Paris are black.

You European Whites are going to be outnumbered in your own countries within the next 50 years.

"Oh golly gee! Our Nordic country would be ever so much "improved" by bringing in millions of black Africans and Muslim Arabs.

Never mind what we the people want. Our masters want our countries to be overwhelmed.

If you complain about the invasion then you are a "racist" and must be put in jail.

You must submit to becoming a minority in your own country.

And then mister ascan, do you think your reasoning applies to humans? -.- And i do mean by manual tasks, since intellectual tasks are diversed and kind of unique to humans ( at least by our understanding so far...) but available to most mammals in general.
