Shane McClellan's Dad Wonders Why His Son's Attackers Haven't Been Arrested

Shane McClellan was walking home around 2 a.m. in West Seattle on the night of May 25 when two men asked him for a light. When he approached them, the 16-year-old was knocked to the ground, tortured and beaten for four hours. Now his dad wants to know why police haven't yet made an arrest, even though they found two suspects who matched McClellan's description of his attackers with blood on their hands hours after the assault.

McLellan didn't just get beaten. According to a police report, the two attackers, one black and one Filipino, also put out cigarettes on his neck, poured beer and peed on him and whipped him with his belt while saying "How do you like it, white boy?" and "This is for enslaving our people."

CHAMPAIGN – The number of reports of beatings to white men in Champaign appear to be coming in quicker than police can even process them.

Champaign detective Sgt. John Schweighart said police received three more reports since late Thursday night.
At 10:45 p.m. Thursday, a 36-year-old man was attacked by four black males, who first asked him for a cigarette, then punched his face and knocked him to the ground.
Mike Sola, 50, was attacked in the 1100 block of Crescent Drive about 9:30 p.m. Friday from behind by at least two black males as he left a high school football game.
And about 12:45 a.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old Rantoul man was attacked by two black men in the 700 block of South Sixth Street.
"They all appear to be random," Schweighart said. "On some occasions, the suspects say nothing and they just start to batter. The one on the 23rd, the victim was walking and one of the suspects asked him for cigarette. He told them he didn't have any and was struck from behind."
Schweighart said the similarities in the attacks and the race of the attackers and the victims tie the cases together. But it's clear the problem is spreading.

"Geographically, we can't even map this. It covers from one end of the city to the other," he said.
Police have stepped up patrols in the campus area to deter the attacks and were able to nip an attack in the bud in the 500 block of East Green Street on Sept. 18. But because they usually last only seconds, Schweighart said it's "happenstance" if police catch one in progress.
It was late August when police went public asking for help in catching the attackers, but a Jerseyville woman who contacted The News-Gazette after reading of recent attacks said her son was the victim of two similar attacks in 2008.
Joy Molloy, 58, said her 22-year-old son was walking with a friend in January 2008 on Daniel Street when he was attacked without provocation by several black men.
"They'd been drinking and some kids accosted them and literally beat him and left him for dead," Molloy said.
Her son was admitted to Carle's intensive care unit for bleeding in the brain, multiple broken bones in his face, a concussion and multiple cuts inside his mouth from being kicked. His friend thought when Molloy's son hit his head on the curb, the attackers may have thought he was dead and ran off.
And after physically recovering, her son was attacked again in the summer of 2008, also while walking to his fraternity on Daniel.

In a phone call to his mom after in the early hours of Tuesday morning, the man suspected of shooting eight of his co-workers at Hartford Distributors in Manchester, Conn., reportedly said, “I killed the five racists that were bothering me.” Then he took his own life.

There is nothing racist about wanting to live in a safe neighborhood. It's hard for more sheltered people from the suburbs and elsewhere to understand this frustration.

Well said, Darth. I think White people should take inspiration from the story of Shane McLellan.



It is to Shane’s credit he did not do the evil racist thing and run away. Let us also take inspiration from the latest news from Champaign, Illinois



We really must continue to fight against the evil White racism that causes innocent, passive blacks to go around beating Whites and leaving them for dead. The case of Omar Thornton in particular is a stark reminder that the evil of White racism is still with us.



He said there were five racists, but he decided to kill three other people anyway. I guess that’s what White racism can do. Maybe the other three were racists too?
You know, some White people hear stories like this and go “Damn, I’m White. That could have happened to me”. Isn’t it disgusting that these White racists should even view these things in racial terms!
I am just sick of Whites who think they have some God-given right to walk the streets without being attacked.
So, please, keep up the good work, Darth. I am sure that more of your mature and level-headed analysis will convince us all that anti-White attitudes exist only in the paranoid fantasies of White racist cranks.

Well, you managed to find evidence that black people engage in racist attacks against whites. Congratulations. Doesn't make it any more acceptable for whites to attack blacks based on their race (either IRL or online).
