I know this is a religion and not a philosophy, but still.
Despite the high incidence of atheism in the autism community, I think that Christianity is very well suited for this group.
The first premise of Christianity is that people inherently suck. Most aspies I've talked to have been quick to concede the point.

You are talking about the doctrine of original sin. I am more optimistic on human nature: I believe that humans have predispositions towards the good and the bad (somewhat influenced by our particular genes and epigenes), and then our environment (family, culture, physical environment, etc.) has profound effects on which aspects become emphasized as a human grows. Pessimism on human nature (or "realism") is considered more broadly to be a part of the conservative temperament.
