Article about the Turning In Big Brother Project
Hi Sc
I reckon you might have gotten further with the pen and paper if you said it was so you could draw pictures, never mind.
What you want is to prevent this from happening to other people, right?
Taking them for a substantial amount of money helps towards this. You make it very expensive for them to treat people so badly. Making a joke out of your claim probably does nothing to help towards your goal.
It would be good if you could find the epileptic guy and get him to claim compensation also. Ie the more people that get compensation, the more expensive it gets for them to treat people badly. There is a slight risk that they would close the treatment centres down altogether if they get sued too much - they might just decide to not do anything at all for mental health. However then they will get sued by people who get attacked or frightened by mentally ill people. Better if the county just does the right thing in the first place.
I'm glad you have found a lawyer to help.

I think leaving the amount claimed blank may have the same effect as putting a trillion trillion dollars. They'll put the form in the bin.
Are you concerned that they might pay out conditional on you taking down the website or no longer discussing what happened? ie "A hush fee"?
I think when it actually comes to offering to pay out, thats when you can refuse to accept their money. Or you might choose to put it towards mental health advocacy - so people in your situation get someone (like a lawyer) to support them.
Why don't you ask the lawyer about the money question, and get him or her to recommend what to put?
Alright, I did it, I filled out the paperwork and talked to protection and advocacy who has sued the government before. The legal terminology is tolled or toll. This makes the statute of limitations disapear, especially for what I witnessed as the hispanic developmentally disabled person cannot file a complaint for himself. So I did, it's part of my complaint said VERY honestly.

I put down 10 million dollars plus the cost of the complaint. My memory was supressed becuase of the fear, the drugging and circumstances I was placed in, not the apartment situation. It was triggered during an interview with the Regional Center to qualify only 5 months ago or less.
According to the law person it starts when I remembered, I started documenting my memories here and also on my website.
My campaign will be seen on all web searches or near all for the county government of fresno on Google and Yahoo. IT was last month as well for the most part, the government pulled it's ads I was ranking againsts on Google for services. They might have seen my ads, there ads disapeared. Who knows, but it's one ugly mess for them as I have another site that ranks well if searching for just regular keywords such as fresno government or fresno county government.
It's a major online P.R nightmare for them, I enjoy every stinking moment of it.
In a few months I have arranged, by the offer of, an interview with a disability radio station that is online. They cover autism issues as well, but the person who is interviewing me by phone is out until then. She herself offered to do the interview.
I might have brought it up another time online, yet I think it was just the forced confinement of the dev disabled person as that was the day after I was threatened, drugged and the guy with the massive seizure that was neglected. I recall it all very clearly now that I have had the chance to write it all.
From the original classification being argued to what happened, I am very confident that what happened was wrong. Very confident that any policy unless in exreme emergencies where persons are drugged against there will is wrong and unconstitutional. The superior court has ruled on the issue of forced medication for psychiatry, though in language that was non-decisive.
The thing is the mental health and pill industry is for profit, there is special interest in it. No one should be drugged unless it's a real serious emergency of life or death, period. IS this not America?
The U.N has laws that reflect this as well, other individuals online who have experienced as I did argue that point as well. No one seems to be rich enough to really make a legal fight out of it, so what I have done is the next best thing.
Aside from achieving major news interviews which would be very unsettling to me.
There is to much of a stigma, having A.S.D and being in a mental institution once, people just think others that are not like them are crazy becuase one is labeled and for being crazy somehow deserve this type of treatment. Well at least some do, those are the fools and arrogant folk.
Hi Sc
Well done.
I asked about my neighbour's friend's son - she (my neighbour) said that the son's carer was drugging him in order to get access to his assets and money. Nice work. So it wasn't really a community care problem. And our one and only public Mental hospital actually helped a lot with the detox program.
So now the poor guy is off all drugs and doing fine (apart from the blindess problem).
