What really concerns me is the British Nationalist Party in the UK.
They shouldn't worry you - they don't worry most British people at all. They're a slippery, bigoted, supremacist bunch but are really no more obnoxious than Cameron. They are banned, chastised, censored, abused and prevented from speaking so much that when they are able to get their message across on TV, it makes a refreshing change.
Left-wing politicians and their ideological supporters are terrified of them - they're the fascist bogeyman that doesn't really exist. They are a tiny force of people that get seats in European Parliament elections due to the PR system used there but in general elections they have never won even a single Commons seat.
Actually, I really would like to see the BNP get a few Commons seats. It really would piss off the Establishment.
If you're looking for a 'threat' to multiculturalism, don't look at the BNP. They're a dying party with an utterly discredited leader - the party is rudderless and falling to pieces.
For the real threat to 'Progressive' 'multiculturalism', look at the populations in France, Denmark, Finland and the UK who are increasing fed up with this deranged state of affairs.
I should stress that 'multiculturalism' in Canada is most likely nothing like the situation in Europe and it's a massive mistake to say that it is.
