More silliness.

Part of NASA involves soft power projection. NASA has scientific arrangements with Israel, Japan, Europe, Canada, Russia, India, etc, etc. This was simply an outreach speech. THere was no money budgeted toward it in the President's FY 2011 or FY 2012 NASA budgets. It's an effort to inspire them to aspire to partnership as other nations do. Part of the low / no cost inspiration mission.

Money is policy. The WH budgets focused on technology, commercial crew, the ISS, etc. And in 2012, he budgeted for SLS and the MPCV as well. Not "Muslims!! FTW!!".

You need to engage with reality more.
