Here's a solution: Stop getting involved in active combat action! Why does every single thing that happens in the world have to be US' problem? Cut military spending by 40% and you will be forced to stop invading so many countries to justify the gigantic military budget. As a benefit: You will have less dead soldiers and more soldiers in the US in case you are
actually attacked.
