Meh, Romney was expected to do well in New Hampshire. He isn't going to do nearly as well in states where religion is important.

All of that money spent on his campaign would be better spent on reducing the national debt, or on feeding the hungry and healing the sick.

Your buddy Obama is not giving up his salary to feed the hungry.

He is giving up MY salary to feed the hungry.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that stated he was willing to cut his salary if he got elected to what ever the avg. salary was, I think around to 36K.

I haven't heard him say that lately though.

unfortunately few will understand and appreciate the true pragmatism in your point of view. have a read of this and see if it is congruent with your general outlook on things. fairly long, but it's worth it.

Those men probably don't care if one of the women doesn't like him, as long as she does what she is told to do.

Maybe because he started thinking that he might actually get the job.

Ron isn't a man that cares about money. He didn't accept Medicare or Medicaid payments as a doctor and instead treated those patients pro bono. He also refuses his highly lucrative congressional pension.

That's not paranoid, that's just how the world works.
Just ask John & Bobby Kennedy, oh wait....

If Ron Paul by some fluke got elected president, if he didn't get completely stonewalled on all his ideas, he would probably "die of old age" while in office.

The folks who control the western governments play hard ball, they have immense power and will not let anyone stand in their way.

Terrible reason to throw up your hands and say it doesn't matter.

I agree. Just say no to paranoid nonsense.

PS

Say no to Ron Paul too. :P

I thought about this issue when I first started hearing about Ron Paul and I think your right, I came to a similar conclusion as well, being that he would probably get assassinated like all the other honest politicians and leaders have been, MLK, RFK, JFK, Lennon for example. Our government has a bias against truth, morality and integrity and has a long history of assassinating honest people that stand up for what's true and right.
