As a former FBI employee (non-agent 1974-1978), I would be fearful of some of the agents I knew flying on an eagle, they might fly into tall buildings.

You're either going to need some really BIG eagles, or some really SMALL agents.

I would like to see Democratic politicians ride donkeys, and Republicans ride elephants.
I don't much like (or believe) what either party has to say lately, so at least that way I would be entertained this election year.

YES! Bald Eagles should be standard equipment for FBI agents and Keanu Reeves.

Interesting visual on that however it is physicly impossible for a grown human to mount a bird of smaller size the eagle will bite claw and screach then go squash.

So what you're really saying is that the FBI needs to resurrect the Haast's Eagle and genetically engineer it to look like a bald eagle.
