On the contrary, they're one of the few groups out there that takes the whole bible (genocides and all) seriously.

I wouldn't say the whole Bible (as it's impossible to follow everything in the Bible with all its contradictions), but they definitely do come very close to that.

I don't agree with WBC approach and style of execution.
"They" do not have the right to judge people like that. Even if they are homosexual, lesbian, etc.
Coming from a Christian background, that puts a real sour taste in my mouth.
Christianity preaches about openness and ministering in the "shadows" of the world. That does not include casting judgement on others.

Every one has a right to judge whomsoever he pleases to judge. That person's judgement might not be worth a damn but that need not stop him/her.

You are entitled to your own opinion.

There will always be (No matter the religion or lack of religion) A group of people who will take it "too far" and split from the program.
That does not mean the "whole" group is bad. That is Generalization and unfair to those who practice their beliefs in a non-judgemental way.
I'm not supporting WBC's actions, however I am agreeing with you that their execution is very poor.
