Marriage -in law- is a type of civil partnership.

Actually the State should not be involved in the mating of two consenting adults. The State should only safeguard the rights and safety of children that come of such mating.

Marriage is evil, it creates little Kingdoms outside the law.

Children should be taken and raised by the State, which will make sure the survivors become good citizens.

Also, Private Property is theft from the State.

Was that a deliberate post hoc? Marriage is merely a required condition for divorce. It is not in and of itself a cause.
