no, you just declare wars on countries that were tenuously connected to the perpetrators.

BS. The derp squad were calling for heads to roll since the day it happened.

For the record, most of the world got sick listening to America's whining about 9/11. Another significant margin, while they dont say it, think you had it coming.

Did I say "kill them all"? No, I implied, "kill more of them".

We owe them one, for inventing algebra.

The idea is to detoxify the wicked bad religion of al Islam and render it more loveable.

Nah, BBQ hot dogs and pork ribs, serve beer, have a pool party, play music from groups like 5FDP, Metallica, or Toby Keith on the stereo, and have your wife/GF drive on the way home! :salut:

Though I guess it's trivial, how did you come up with 1.5 million? :?

Most sources estimated around 1.1 million in 2007, so simple extrapolation, I'm probably being rather conservative about it considering it's been 5+ years.. You can google it if you like.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_on_Terror#Casualties - first result, because I'm lazy right now, and the exact numbers aren't the point.
You're mad that they're celebrating killing a few thousand Americans, after we've killed so many of them it accounts for ~1/4 of Hitler's death toll.. I really don't understand Americans.
Then again, you're the same guy that's ecstatic about the NRA teaming up with NASCAR..

The US tends to get blamed for those killed by terrorists, sectarian fighting, and the enforcement of sharia law, in addition to all the dead guerrilla fighters that look like civilians. The true number of genuine noncombatants killed by the US in Iraq may be as low as 10,000. Anyone trying to get a remotely accurate number for the casualties in Afghanistan is either an idiot or has an agenda.

This is a joke, right?
Your country has been at War since WW1, and has killed countless people.... wake up.

We have not been in continuous war since WW1.
Besides, even if we were it's always better to kill the enemy than have them kill us.

A time portal has sucked in a small portion of the forum. We are now in the year 2001.

IT NEVER ENDS.

Yeah, we could have prevented 9/11 by being harsher on Islamic terrorism in the years BEFORE that.
It was thier lack of fear of us that caused that.

You're right, you've been at War since 1775.

The second part of your post just proves my point..
Your country invades. You're not defending yourself (Yes, this includes 9/11 - Iraq did 9/11 right?), it's just full out slaughter over and over again.

Or maybe by just letting them be, giving them no reason to do what their did

The Taliban had it coming - though I'll be the first to admit we mishandled the occupation.
As for Iraq - what connection? I had always opposed Gulf War Part two.
And incidentally, if Bin Laden could attack the U.S., what makes you think he wouldn't do it to any other western country? Various European countries have in the past been subject to terrorist attacks, themselves.
