You fail to mention they are often attacked by others and this man could actually be in danger of being attacked.

Cops are as*holes enough said! Just have a headlight on your bike adn they wont harass you as much had cops harras me simply because i did not have a headlightr on my mike and they frisked me and and asked if I had outstanding warrents or weapons on me and s**t. I hate cops.
