My colour is blue because I am Dunc's cousin Blueberry.

Actually I want to live in a monocromatic blue home. If I had the finances things could get quite out of hand!
I was one of those minor birds that collect blue things in a past life and I have brought this characteristic with me through the eons hehe.

Even my irlens lenses are blue! :P

The effect of the color red has finally been rigorously studied by Russell A. Hill and Robert A. Barton of the University of Durham in England

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2005/05/0518_050518_redsports.html

Anyone has any thougts on how this might work? It is really amazing! We humans think of ourselves as rational beings, only to find out that colors can influence in a way over which we have to rational control!

Also on colours:

I used to go to psychosis discussion groups (having had episodes). Almost everyone there had had experience where colours were the be all and end all of everything. Eg, if there was a blue door, you couldn't go through it.

In my case, I worshipped the colour red. Anything with red writing was like an excerpt from the universe's own bible. I sometimes think the ghost of Stalin stole my body for a bit there :?

too many points for words!

right - are we talking about jungian psychology here? cos if we are, there's a whole slew of symbolism behind colours.

anyway, i like black best, followed by purple. this obviously means i am an evil cow who wants to be a blackcurrant. yep - sounds like me! :)
