He exaggerates quite a bit, he has some practical sense in between, some stuff is garbage, some stuff is refreshing, a lot of his extreme qualities are deliberately inflammatory, he's playing the game to an extent and he's a bit of a mix, I much prefer him to Clinton, I'd take some of his oddball stuff over her predictably robotic, conveyor belt interior and disturbingly vacant offerings of personality and promise...

Actually its 91% of states that they evaluated. There are also statements he often makes that have no truth value because they are outrageous promises that he cannot possibly fulfill or obscene insults
