Alex Jones reminds me of Chris Farley--not because he's funny (he's not amusing unless you find rampant unchecked personality disorders amusing) but because he looks like exactly the sort of man to die via coke-fueled heart attack. It's the roundness, the redness, the pulsing neck veins, and the yelling. Dude looks perpetually one snort away from a fatal coronary event.

Yeah, though they both seemed to have a serious nervous breakdown after the election. Maher even admits that Trump winning was the fault of the liberals and the PC crowd. Still is too smug to consider that maybe conservatism is the best way though.

Why would he? Trump winning does not prove conservatism is "correct". It proves more people voted for Trump than Hillary, nothing more. Seriously, if you don't want to advertise conservatives as not being the brightest bulbs in the box, stop poisoning your thinking with blatant logical fallacies.

Stop putting words in my mouth. I said to "consider".

It's still argumentum ad populum. Even more ironic is the fact that Hillary actually got more votes than Trump. She won the popular vote despite Trump winning the electoral college count. Since Hillary got more votes, he should consider Hillary "the best way".

Everyone knew the system before the election and no one mentioned it, all people were doing was predicting that Clinton would win easily. Weak.

The logic of Trump voters....

PC liberals and SJWs are annoying -> Tax cuts for the wealthy will help me

I seriously don't understand how working class Trump voters think Trump cares about them and will help them. It seems they voted for Trump just to troll PC liberals and SJWs. I just don't see how one can go from disliking SJWs to swallowing the whole right-wing ideology, "trickle down" economics and all. Also, how does disliking annoying SJWs lead to wanting to take away a woman's right to choose? Aside from his personality, Trump doesn't seem all that different from establishment republicans, not in terms of actual policy. Pence is a typical Republican. I'm with Mahar. Disliking extreme PC liberals and SJWs does not sway me to swallow right-wing ideology hook-line-and-sinker.

Who says there are, as a Clinton supporter do you swallow her globalist ideology hook-line-and-sinker? Trump was the vastly superior candidate, he wins by default by not being the most corrupt politician to ever receive their parties nomination for president. Clinton would of destroyed this country with her anti-2nd amendment views, her belief in sovereignty-stealing anti-democratic supernationalism, and her dream of 'open markets and open borders.' That's all before the fact that she was running a criminal enterprise with the Clinton Foundation. A politician that has the full control of the media, a politician that is so secretive, a politician that is so beholden to the special interests is a far far bigger risk to our republic than a nationalist like Donald Trump. Identity politics and their divide & conquer tactics are far more dangerous than actually enforcing immigration law or negotiating trade deals that work in the favor of the America worker.

Bernie wasn't on the ballot so who did you vote for?

The reason for that BTW was that the Hillary campaign, the DNC, and the entire left wing media rigged the entire system against Bernie. So did you return to your abuser?

Possibly the most satisfying video of 2016.

I determined Clinton was the lesser of two evils in terms of ACTUAL POLICY. I don't have the time or energy to spell it all out for you. Listen to the video below. Kyle's position is closest to mine.

I ended up voting for Clinton because the repeal of Obamacare could very negatively affect me and my wife when we choose to move back to the US. Whatever Trump says, I simply don't trust the republican congress will allow him to replace it with something viable. If it weren't for this issue I probably wouldn't have voted for her.

I am interested in archeology and primitive skills, appreciated the handcrafts of Turkish people, as well as fine art.

But, TYT has a Jersey Shore feel, imo.

Obamacare began as Romneycare, and he is now a candidate for secretary of state.

TYT has nothing to do with Turkey. Cenk has admitted to being culturally American. It would be weird to see Cenk drinking Turkish tea and discussing soccer.

The Republican party has changed. I understand that the individual mandate is unpopular with healthy people, but something has to be done for those with chronic conditions. We can't simply go back to the system where people are shut out of insurance for "pre-existing conditions". I just don't trust the republicans to come up with an answer. My answer would be to replace the individual mandate with a public option that covers pre-existing conditions. But the Republicans will be against raising taxes on the wealthy to pay for such a thing.

I am of the opinion that capital is something physical. So, a capitalist economy would have physical obstacles, to the unlimited creation of a currency.

A state monopoly on currency and lending is textbook Communism (literally -- the fifth plank of Marx', Communist Manifesto.)

It is intended to make you dependent.

People marketing these dugs and procedures would have to make them cost-competitive, and informed consent would allow you to choose for yourself, the most-expedient course of treatment, which you have paid-for.

But, for the sake of present discussion, Obama had stated that his plan had always been single-payer. Trump said that his plan was single-payer.

Then you should have voted for Clinton. They have voted the same 93% of the time, and Bernie votes as a Democrat basically every time. He's not independent or a revolutionist, he's a shill.
