Even if Nuclear war happened who's bother to nuke Africa? Humans would survive it would just be a new dark age.

Well, probably because we are conditioned to complete reliance on technology now. If there were such a disaster, most people will either not be able to survive or become directly suicidal because of all their technology is gone.

Not the people living in the middle of Africa or in Papua New Guinea they could just go back to how their families lived not so long ago.

Supposedly the radiation from thousands of nukes going off would eventually spread over the whole world. Not to mention the eco system would be dead.
