Cberg mentioned the right wing types who boast of having regular jobs, implying that those who don't are leaches and losers. They allegedly work full time, and yet have the free time to post here on WP and Facebook all day. As I recall, that imbecile would-be bomber who sent explosives to the Obamas, Clintons, various billionaire supporters of the left, CNN, etc, also claimed he was a successful businessman who had learned from Trump's The Art Of The Deal, was in fact a homeless 50 plus year old former male stripper. Incidentally, he was homeless because he was booted out of his aged parent's home where he had lived for years. I have to wonder how many condescending right wingers who brag about their self sufficiency are actually basement dwellers still latched onto their mommy's teat?
Doubt they work 24/7
Which means they can post on their off hours, at lunch and on breaks like I do and assume you do too?
They aspies and so probably lack any kind of social life. Plenty of the lefts here work full time and post a lot too.
I'm not demonizing anyone, you're errantly viewing the political right & left as entirely different kinds of people; there's now way things can be that simple.

Many members here appear to want to hear discussions about how awful, difficult, miserable life is.
They get angry when a cheery conservative espouses positives.
"America is booming", "Trump is cutting our taxes", "Stocks/Housing market is booming". 
Typically, these members misconstrue the cheery conservative.
They respond, so, you're saying I'm a "loser, failure, no good, useless leech"?

As a matter of fact, I'm very happy with my life as a writer and starving artist. I have my wife and daughter, and I'm actually doing what I want to do with my life, which is writing fiction. There is one infamous WP member who ridiculed my literary efforts, and accused me of taking advantage of my wife instead of getting a regular job. So, no, it's just not us on the political left searching for a self fulfilling prophecy in order to feel like victims.
And if the WP member in question is reading this, I AM A PUBLISHED WRITER, DOUCHE NOZZLE!

Just recently one of you posted something regarding Trump being an 'alpha male'
that looked like Facebook clickbait for narcissists and sexists. I'm calling BS, spamming us with juvenile hard line extremism is WAY against the forum's rules for anyone who actually cares about why WP exists.I don't care about your real world political views unless you really are getting paid to shove them down our throats but posting disinformation that insults anyone's sexuality or triggers traumatic flashbacks for ANYONE is pretty awful, just saying.
Yeah people have been posting all over WP for years just so they could disguise being a paid propaganda troll in a low volume obscure forum. I wasn't surprised by multi banned multi sockpuppet troll "Rick Sanchez" aka "Stinky Dog" aka something else accusing members of being paid Russian trolls, but I'm surprised to see it coming from someone of your intelligence. LoveNotHate whom you're referring to makes an average of 2.63 posts per day. And you call that a suspiciously large volume? Perhaps you're just being satirical and I didn't get it.
This sub-forum is a lot more aggressively left wing than aggressively right wing. Even most/all of the mods who post here display being lefties.

For the record,
I was diagnosed with AS at both the University of Michigan hospital by about five doctors, and at a local VA hospital by about four doctors and one autism specialist. At the VA, I even took the full day neurological test.
I work from home as a technical writer where I write about engineering.
So I can be on this site anytime 
I participate on this site because my brain is tormented. It feels like brain damage, and fact-finding, ordering, processing information is soothing.

You seemed quite cheerful about denigrating most guys here by contrasting us negatively against a grouchy casino magnate who wants to spend billions of our tax dollars just to get re-elected by folks like you. Please stop telling me what my tax dollars should never be used for.
Lots of guys here feel the same way you do & it's pure nails on a chalkboard reading clickbait about someone born rich deserving his job more than we do.
I feel like that all the time & I work over 40 a week in an office. For that matter if you write about technology for a living, what on earth are you doing ranting against science?

Perhaps it's because people here need health care & food?
I claim no political alignment of my own whatsoever, I'm just a humanist who can't make any sense of people forming their whole lives around politicized cash flows.

Alright then, your job is a result of science. Technology would not exist otherwise.
I'm going to take offense anyway, because what you saw as positive is just insulting towards all kinds of guys. It implies inequality. There is nobody born more worthy of anything than anyone else, particularly not guys.
