The economy seems like a bubble that will pop, because millennials won't be table to take on $400,000+ mortgages to keep the pyramid / bubble going.

Which is why I invested in a $150k home that is now worth about $200k. It should be easy to sell if I need to do that.

I would like Standard time to be permanent, but please for the love of everything get rid of the time changes.

"Breaking records" for whom? The richest 10% of Americans own 81% of the stock in this country; the lower 80% of the population own just 8%.
