The economy seems like a bubble that will pop, because millennials won't be table to take on $400,000+ mortgages to keep the pyramid / bubble going.

Which is why I invested in a $150k home that is now worth about $200k. It should be easy to sell if I need to do that.

I would like Standard time to be permanent, but please for the love of everything get rid of the time changes.

This thread was meant to engender a rational discussion? I think my tone was about on par with the OP, and even provided a more rational viewpoint.


He seems to accuse everyone he talks to of this, it's not you. It's his thing, I think to avoid addressing the substance of people's arguments.
