Trump refused to shake Pelosi's hand. Very vindictive, petty, and childish. Bill Clinton hadn't been petty like that, even shaking the hand of then Speaker of the House and Clinton hater in the extreme, Newt Gingrich.
I don't blame her for tearing up her copy of Trump's speech at the end.

because it's not.

"record low unemployment" = more people having to slave away at dead-end jobs just to survive

= no time spent with children

= s**t upbringings

the way things are framed is important.

That flash of a handshake attempt lasted a second or less. Even slowed down it is hard to tell what happened.

Her making a dramatic show of tearing up the state of the union adress three times and then thowing it down on the desk was a prolonged and blatant display.

Knowing Trump's pettiness and his thin skin, I have no doubt he snubbed her.

The best one can do is speculate regarding the millisecond in which Pelosi put out her hand and Trump turned towards the podium. Maybe unless there are other better camera angles that caught it.

But even if Pelosi acted the way she did over being snubbed she certainly took the low road over it.

I'm sure it wasn't just being snubbed that set her off, but the partisan fiction that Trump spewed all throughout his speech as well.

Does that mean high unemployment is preferable?

Job numbers were actually better under Obama. But as with the alleged size of Trump's inauguration compared to Obama's (among other things), Trump has chosen to go with alternative facts.

Democrats refuse to stand or clap when @realDonaldTrump reminds them that we have record low unemployment for Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Women and record low poverty for Black Americans. Absolutely shameful. Why do Democrats hate that the country is doing so well? #SOTU

Democrats need victims.

Democrat: Are you a victim of an oppressor? Let's talk.

Funny, most Trump supporters will tell you how they're victims of illegal aliens taking their jobs, and of racial minorities taking rights away from them the white majority, and of LGBT people who get the law to force said Trump supporters to treat them like human beings instead of just freaks. So who's acting like victims?

At this point, I think Trump is just doing his best to troll anyone not on his imbecile train.

Shush now: next you’ll be saying all the rich privately educated celebrities talking about political correctness ruining their still lucrative careers are a pack of whiny self-pitying snowflakes... and then where will we be?

I think it's funny that some people are so afraid of gay and transgendered people that they'd vote to sink the entire country.

Rush Limbaugh getting the medal of freedom.....really?

It reminds me of what Padme said in "The Revenge of the Sith" when chancellor Palpatine was designated an emperor: "So this is how democracy dies......to the sound of thunderous applause."
