Trump refused to shake Pelosi's hand. Very vindictive, petty, and childish. Bill Clinton hadn't been petty like that, even shaking the hand of then Speaker of the House and Clinton hater in the extreme, Newt Gingrich.
I don't blame her for tearing up her copy of Trump's speech at the end.

"record low unemployment" = more people having to slave away at dead-end jobs just to survive

= no time spent with children

The best one can do is speculate regarding the millisecond in which Pelosi put out her hand and Trump turned towards the podium. Maybe unless there are other better camera angles that caught it.

But even if Pelosi acted the way she did over being snubbed she certainly took the low road over it.

Job numbers were actually better under Obama. But as with the alleged size of Trump's inauguration compared to Obama's (among other things), Trump has chosen to go with alternative facts.

Funny, most Trump supporters will tell you how they're victims of illegal aliens taking their jobs, and of racial minorities taking rights away from them the white majority, and of LGBT people who get the law to force said Trump supporters to treat them like human beings instead of just freaks. I think it's funny that some people are so afraid of gay and transgendered people that they'd vote to sink the entire country.
