I just read it. It's exactly as I expected: it breathes religious fanaticism throughout. I can't bring myself to take any of it seriously. This guy is beyond delusion. His is a hopeless case.

A true auspicious sociopath knows well to appeal to people's sense of injustice and level of understanding.

You are neglecting one thing and that is that he actually believes in what he says. I suspect he secretly holds even his closest associates in contempt. This is par for the course for sociopaths to shape existing infrastructure for their own ends and rebel against those that that would make it difficult. Name any well known sociopath; you can see this for yourself.

He has shown that he his quite comparable of harming his own supporters when it suits him.

If he was born into different culture or religion he would use whatever is available to him not doubt.

Well fair enough, although I would say that the US/UK Government is equally capabable of hurting its own people and does so frequently.

Many of the claims that he makes - for whatever purpose he makes them - can exist without him, and are worthy of consideration in their own right.

Bolt is a sensationalist journo for the Herald-Sun in Melbourne, and whenever he gets a chip on his shoulder about something, anything, he'll prattle on over 2 pages; not even realising that half of what he has said is pure unadulterated BS. I have read several of his crappy articles, and not one of them has made the tiniest bit of sense. It's the sort of gutter journalism you'd expect to find in any Murdoch owned paper, or even the New York Enquirer. Matter of fact, I wouldn't trust any media sources about any of this unless I heard it 'straight from the horse's mouth'.

Yes there is, it's referred to in every TV talk show and everything going back as far as the 50s. It's the biggest scandal sheet that the American press has issued.
If you've never heard of it, either it is so bad it isn't worth reading, or they don't bother selling that crap where you live. Not every paper is available everywhere; we can't get Melbourne papers in Townsville unless we order them. I know how hopeless Bolt is because I grew up in Melbourne and his garbage always appeared around pages 14-15.

Now, you admitted you aren't here to debate, so get back under the bridge and wait for your next victim.

Quote:
19th century New York Enquirer

The New York Enquirer was founded in 1826 by Mordecai Noah. According to the masthead, it was "published every Tuesday and Friday at No. 1 Williams St., New York, New York". Noah was a strong supporter of Andrew Jackson and published often highly slanted pro-Jackson news reporting, along with international news.

By the early-1830s it had merged with a Whig paper to become the Morning Courier & New York Enquirer.

OR

Quote:
20th century New York Enquirer

Founded in 1926, the second New York Enquirer was renamed The National Enquirer in 1954 and converted to a tabloid format; see that article for more information.

Either way, neither has been around for some time.
The National Enquirer, on the other hand,
is just such a rag.

Do they refer to it as the New York Enquirer still
down under?

Possibly, I know that I've heard the name mentioned, and I've also heard the National Enquirer name as well. Being the same paper, I suppose it isn't surprising. I think mostly people just say 'the Enquirer', and everybody seems to know.

And when you say "New York Enquirer", no-one knows what you're talking about. Because it doesn't exist.

You read it. The "New York Enquirer" does not currently exist (despite your claim to the contrary).

From 1954 The New York Enquirer has been known as the National Enquirer. They are the same paper.

Just really odd to me how that old name
could still be kicking around.

Anyhow, now that the issue's cleared up,
and you're both right, get back to debating
about whatever it is I don't care about. :P
