Well, I'm not happy about the people in his cabinet who have been evading taxes. And the fact that he basically took Clinton's cabinet.

And his financial scheme is throwing more money at the bank crooks with very little if any supervision as to how it is controlled.

Quoted for truth.

At first I was excited, but now I'm not so sure.

I'm more concerned about foreign policy than anything else, though on that note I'm still much happier he won instead of McCain.

Patience, my fellow-aspies.

Consider the size of his job.

Precisely! And he's tiptoeing around and begging the destroyers of the country to please help him to do what he promised the people who put him in to roar at the thievery and incompetence and waste and set things right or at least make a heavy effort.

Geithner, the secretary of the treasury has revealed himself to be clueless. The stock market will render its verdict. It is clear the Obama administration has no other snake-oil to sell but the old Keynsea nostrums. When that fails, we will need to have a war. Maybe that is why Fearless Leader is not pulling the troops out of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is where both the British and the Soviet Union got chopped up. Do we need another Viet Nam to complete the disintegration of the USA both domestically and abroad? Old W really must have been in league with the Bin Ladin crowd to smash the USA in every way possible.

In all respects. Come visit and see how refugees from the USA can enjoy life amongst people who are sane.

A world leader, or as a matter of fact, any leader, requires followers. G.W. Bush led the world into a total mess. That direction from Obama may discourage further followers.

sheesh...he's been there less than a month!

The problems we have didn't spring up overnight, they won't be solved overnight either. Let the man govern, and history will make it's judgement...;)

I don't have a strong opinion either way about him, but I am sick to death of the hype. The way people are talking about him, you'd think being black(ish) gives him magic powers or something. Oh look, a black(ish) president, that will immediately get rid of any vested power groupings and put an end to all social injustice! How? Um... cause he's black(ish)! No other reason, really... but why would you need more? What are you, a racist?
