I think it is a positive step. It is important it doesn't get turn into a point scoring exercise like it has been with resources like water, etc.

One problem I have is that Gaza on its own doesn't have the ingredients to become a state. This is not to will it out of existence, but thinking practically it doesn't mainly due to geography and size. The longer this left unaddressed the more likely there is going to be an escalation in tension. I think it going to take a lot of courage on both sides and changes with the map.
