Is Yo-Yo Mah a natural born American? If not, he cannot become president. But if he did, he would most likely fiddle around. Also, would he be addressed as President Yo-Yo or President Mah?

He is perceived as black by most Americans, regardless of how much 'black blood' he has. The fact that people elected him, while perceiving as 'black', is the important thing. It's pointless to argue over whether he is really 'black'.
