There is already discord amongst your followers oh mighty AG. We are splintering into camps fighting, berating and ridiculing each others ideas and recipes. OH MIGHTY ONE what is the correct method to kill cook and consume babies in your honour.

Well, my disciple, the best symbol is "AG", for it is simple enough to place on buildings, and timeless enough to be awesome until the end of eternity.

As for the Orwellians, the awesomeness of their acts depends upon the way that they eat these babies raw. Yes, it is safer to cook babies, for the glory of the smell of their roasting meat, however, the freshness of their kill matters too. If the Orwellians are killing babies and then putting them in the refrigerator then they are clearly heretics, and to be smote. However, if they kill and eat the baby while it is relatively fresh, then even more stringent issues need to be looked at, such as whether they clean the meat to make sure it is free of baby crap, and the question of what they do with the blood also emerges.

Barbarism though, is not wrong, but in many instances can be right and proper, and the only respectable choice.

By the way, if anarchy is a requisite for this worship, then I have just the thing. I've been thinking of an anarchist lab as an alternative to the usual PI led lab - no leader, just an equal group of post-docs who all collaborate with each other to produce great works and obtain funding. Unfortunately at the moment the funding situations won't allow this type of thing. Still, I'm thinking of putting an advert in Nature for a like minded set of people (with a common scientific theme), and then we only have to find a university to house us, and some grant money from somewhere......

AG, i don't wanna be mean or anything, but do you even think that this thread is relevant to the politics, philosophy and religion forum? <.< Because i'm seriously beginning to doubt it. (I will admit that we take the term of "religion" a bit loosely here, but still)
