As far as the MRA, I can agree when it comes to parental rights and some other things. But with "Me Oog! You do as Oog says!" stuff some of these jokers want to push, then I say "Forget it."

And as for the 'Deep psychological damage from lack of sex" stuff that was going on earlier in this thread, I have to think 'Come on!"

What the Hell, are men really that fragile if they don't get laid? Are they like a Vulcan who will die if they don't get have their daily dose of poon? So what if a man remains a virgin? It's not going to kill him. If he needs an orgasm that bad there these appendages he has on each arm, either one that can solve his problem handily.

It's hard to take men's issues seriously when all it becomes is the lack of stimulation for their pecker.

The NOW has been subsuming other issues (e.g., workers' rights, immigrants' rights) under the umbrella of the War on Women, and saying "It's not just a War on Women. And, if you oppose our battle against the War on Women, then you also oppose workers' rights and immigrants' rights."

So, maybe that explains why I agree with most of what I see on the NOW website.

He seems to be something of a purist, and would kick a number of men out of the MRA-sphere.

let me clarifie what these MRA people are talking about when it comes to relationships and the problems we have with them in this modern age every man i know that actualy tries to care about what women want and need basicaly all have horror storys about how a woman destoryed his soul women have the same stories but their stories are always about a narsisistic dumb lazy thieving ignorant subhuman trash who may or may not be a clinical psychopath while mens horror stories are about every personality type i can think of and thats the problem women almost only ever have sex with or try to make relationships work with the worst type of males it doesnt matter if you are tall good looking athletic with a curved penis make a 6 or 7 figure salary funny and cool if you show that you care about her she will start destorying that relationship as soon as she sees that quality in you then she will be looking for somone new and it doesnt matter if hes ugly short scrawny with a beer belly baby penis premature ejaculator no job no home in debt stupid violent drug addict and narsasitic as long as he shows that he cares more about what he wants and needs than her she will do whatever it takes to make a relationship work with this male that is the problem with the modern man we real men might as well not even exist as fare as you are concerned the best and the brightest in our society feel useless and worthless like they have wasted their lives while the worst males get treated like demigods who women fight over have all their children with they go through life feeling like every stupid ingnorent stadistic thing they do women should feel blessed to deal with and if man tries help the woman dealing with this horrible excuse for a human being he get treat like a pariah demon like and the subhuman trash is treated like an artistic romantic poet prophet or martyr thats just the relationship problems feminism causes for the real men in our modern society sorry about the punctuation in advance

I will point out that you're also insulting every single man out there who's found a woman who treats him well. My girl is very good to me, often better than I think I deserve. By your logic, I must be scum in order to receive such treatment. My father as well, why else would my mother have stayed with him all these years?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're not accusing all women of behaving that way. I'll assume you're just referring to the majority of them (your tone doesn't suggest that you're referring to a minority of women). I'll also point out that most men manage long term relationships.

Given that, why all the focus and negative attention on them? They come across as good and pretty much entirely innocent compared to our gender.

Personally, I think the idea that all members of either gender act a certain way, or that only a certain type can ever find a partner, is BS.

There's sh***y people out there of both genders. And there are seriously embittered people out there, people who've been burned a few too many times. But mostly there's decent regular people just trying to make their way in the world and hoping to find another decent regular person to make the whole life thing a bit less lonely.

Well mds02 just a few questions about you and your relationship first is your wife from another culture or raised by parents from another culture other than modern western . Second how old are the two of you and what was her last relationship she had like also what kind of jobs do you and her have. How old is your father and your mother what is their cultural backgroud these are important questions also. When it comes to women I would say 85% dont know how to act right you cant have logical discussions they are either right or they will make your life very difficult not all but most. I have meet very few men who manage their long term relationships well in modern western culture most people with relationships your describing dont spend much time with each other so the woman doesnt grow to hate him thats how those types of relationships generally work. The majority of men 65% are very similar to the majority of women 95% they lie to themselves about the problems in their relationships. Most men in long term relationships that havent ended in divorce do the same things obsessed with buttball games on TV going to the bar and obsessing with other buttball fans or idulging any number of obsessions that keep them distacted from having to be a real husband and father. Now if a man is in a long term modern western relationship and wants his wife and kids to be a big part of his life he has little chance of making it work. My sister is one of the few women i have meet that understands this and gave my delusional mom lots of examples one in particular was about how TV shows always portray men as dumb and inferior and women as intelligent and insightful when in reality that is almost never how it is. When it comes to women they are all victims thats how they always portray themselves as victims but they are in no way innocent when the people they victimize are hard working caring fathers and husbands trying to raise hard working caring children. There are way more casey anthonys and jodi arias types than you could imagine and even these types of women make themselves out to be victims when they are obviously not. Its not a gender problem it is a culture problem this is not about problems with women its about problems with women in modern western culture specifically united states and great britain. The problem is that these decent regular guys who are lonely are having to settle for women who lie steal physically and psychologically degrade and cheat on them. That is what feminism has helped to do to modern western relationships hope that clears things up and its has punctuation.
