I don't really care about weed much tbh.
Yes, it's legal here in the Netherlands but it's not all that good.
Mainly just a hype because it's illegal in most countrys.
I prefer alcohol aniways.
That's one thing they should never mess with or try to forbid it 8)

ironic because i prefer weed....and it isn't just because it's illegal...i have less negative effects with weed than alcohol and it leaves me more functional the next day than alcohol normally does...despite being an avid drinker (i'm a drunk, not an alcoholic).

i'd rather smoke pot, though....doesn't leave me feeling as bad the next morning and is a "hangover" i can deal with much better and fucntion much better with than alcohol. not to mention that pot is effectively cheaper than alcohol.

And yes it is different per person.
My friend loves weed.
He doesn't care about beer much.
While i love beer and don't care for weed much.

Guess i'm lucky than since beer is cheaper.
And it prolly costs a ton more abroad since it's illegal there.

there is no credible evidence for this afaik. The primate studies in 1982 have long since been discredited.

ethanol however... now that DOES cause brain damage, heart disease AND screws up your testosterone levels ;)

I started self medicating with you guessed it pot at age 8. My friend who has AS used meloni or something like it with synthetic THC, and he was allergic to the synthetic compound, so he uses a vaporizer of real THC...

Medical pot search for aspergers using google.

It obviously works. He and I both had alot of anxiety before starting it, and we noticed when we stopped it came back. Now if I ever get drug tested I just by a detox pill and 2 hours later you employer knows nothing.

Sounds like a ad I know, I didn't intend this though.

I believe people should grow their own. If it produced as an agricultural product for distribution it can also be taxed. Tax funds can be directed to educational programs or elsewhere. This is a very simple question.

We already have these rights in the Netherlands..

However.. less people here use it.. per head per population.. than in Britain where it is illegal......... strange!

Which just goes to show the laws against weed are ridiculous.. and were made by fools.

Why do we put up with these idiots in government.

Most people hate them.. and see politicians wiith contempt.. yet we continue to allow them to abuse their positions of power.. while jailing people for petty crimes (like drugs).

Meanwhile the government continues to sell arms..

Weapons that kill and maim innocent people..

The aged.. women.. kids.. even babies.

But that's ok.. it seems.

Then we have to listen to them.. hypocritically preaching "Drugs are bad.. they kill people"

Yet no one seems to be questioning this ridiculous position our.. so called.. "leaders" are taking.

Isn't that strange!! !

All the more reason to question govenments and see them as being the REAL devil...... the enemy of righteousness.

Meaning the ones who are causing evil in the world.

The Bible says so.. so it must be true.. :-)

And Christains believe in the bible......... don't they.. ?

I think I can find a conspiracy, that most people couldn't. I know people that sell it illegally with other drugs. I asked them if they would ever want marijuana legalized they told me HELL2 THE NO. I asked why they told me that they would not be able to make the same amount of money. This just tells you that many of these government officials may want a drug that isn't very harmful illegal because of alternative motives, such as maybe they get a profit from smuggled drugs they don't tell others about. The way to continue to keep the drug illegal is to pass around false propaganda and claim it is morally wrong. Think about this though when gov't officials are caught doing things it is usually the conservative one(s) who are "Against" this in the first place.

Cannabis was introduced in the middle east after Islam, probably in the 8-9th century AD.

wikipedia wrote:
According to one Arab legend, Haydar, the Persian founder of the religious order of Sufi, came across the cannabis plant while wandering in the Persian mountains. Usually a reserved and silent man, when he returned to his monastery after eating some cannabis leaves, his disciples were amazed at how talkative and animated (full of spirit) he seemed. After cajoling Haydar into telling them what he had done to make him feel so happy, his disciples went out into the mountains and tried the cannabis for themselves. So it was, according to the legend, the Sufis came to know the pleasures of hashish. (Taken from the Introduction to A Comprehensive Guide to Cannabis Literature by Ernest Abel.)
