"wax" has been used as slang for a recording, e.g. phonograph records. "Wax lyrical" would have a double meaning. Are you a rapper?

He's using "wax" in the sense of it being the opposite of "wane."

"Wax" as a harmonious emergence. "Wane" as an eventual disappearance.

LOL...I guess I'm being an Aspie now...taking things literally!

I'm only a rapper if I rap at the door.

Or if I'm conversing with a bunch of fellow hippies.

He was certainly furious with the Jewish rabbinical establishment.

I think his ability to have fun lessened with his sense of his additional responsibility.

Before he turned 30 and had his "revelation," he was probably just a normal, jocular, obscure tradesman.

I'm sure many people implored him, in essence, to "get a life! Have some fun!! !"

Imagine if Pontius Pilate, Jesus, Judas, and a Rabbi were on Jerry Springer?

I thought that the intent of this thread might be expressed in the title. So far we have only a couple of Jihadists trying to intimidate with mockery and derision, anyone who might have a reasonable view into a cowardly silence.

Ultimately, the mere fact that anything changeable exists demands an uncaused First Cause.

Rule of logic #1 Non-contradiction.

To the ordinary person on the street that is intuitively known as in "a thing that does not exist cannot cause itself to exist".

But those initiated into an ideological esoterica will grandiosely infer (by assuming, but not stating) that "everything that exists causes itself to become what it will be for no reason".

Who is Jerry Springer? Just another clever idiot who "gets off" on ridiculing things he knows nothing about?

He is that.. lol.. and your suggested panel on his show would be an unmissable event.

Talking about yourself in the third person is a sign of disconnect.

I wasn't talking about myself.
"Disconnect" is pretty normal for ASD, is it not?

A thing might not be able to be the cause of itself, but a thing could be uncaused. Or a thing could be eternal. Or it could be cause by something we aren't yet aware of. It would be a mistake to infer that the cause and effect we see in common experience can be extended to situations that are qualitatively different, like the beginning of all things (if there was one).
