A think a non-position should be what is often called as being agnostic, no? Unless you also define non-position as not caring or not bothering discussing this topic.
An agnostic claims to not know either way. But they still hold a belief. They might not regard them very well, but they are still there.

Exactly, they have no choice but to be biased. Neutrality is impossible. They either believe or believe not, in various degrees, based on their personal experiences, reasoning and evidence.
