If there was really a God, bad things wouldn't happen.
Wow that's harsh. I like the poem. And it is not very long at all.
so sorry i should think of what people think about what i say. i just didn't like it.
so do i lie and make friends or stay as i am and remain alone ?.
i guess i prefer to remain alone if it takes lying to know other people.
There's a difference between lying and being rude. There's nothing wrong with not liking it, but you can just say that rather then being so insulting about the poem itself. Especially when someone has said they like it; being aware of others' feelings and modifying your response accordingly is not lying, it's getting along.
i don't really care. i just did not like it and that is that. sorry.

If there was a god, you would be nice to me.
The poem actually goes on at some length beyond the Wikipedia quote. I tried and failed to find the rest. It's like there are a bunch of poems by the same poet with that name, or perhaps it's a book length poem. There's a particular part Crowley cribbed for The Rite of Saturn, and that is the part I know. It is, however, under copyright.
Regarding gods, I would like them to have internally consistent logic at a minimum. Hence, the minimal conception of god with the least and simplest assumptions. I worked my way back to that from the christian theology, so it still has a big influence, but it fails the minimum test.
Seriously, who invents hell just to fill it with people? Worship me or suffer forever!
I refuse to dignify it with a detailed counter argument on principle. I do not give in to ultimatums, and there is no point in discussing it further. I also consider it a monstrous crime to teach it to impressionable children, but I'm not quite sure how actually criminalizing that can stay within the First Amendment.

i did not feel bullied at all. i do not even remember who it was that i commented to.
i do believe i was "rude" however, because i guess to report that i do not like something without intelligent reasons is kind of futile.
i am just one of those 7 billion blips out there and if i don't like something and have nothing to explain why or add to the discussion, i should just refrain from posting it.
i guess in a sense, i am in awe of shakespeare and bacon and those antiquated commentators, and i unreasonably regard modern stuff as just "wannabe" stuff so i do not put much effort into reading it or trying to understand it.
i was maybe not rude, but i was curt and cold, and my ability for reciprocative conversation is minimal.
an example is someone once bought a car and brought it around to show me and he asked me what i thought of it.
i just said "i don't like it".
he asked why, and i said "because i just don't"
i never really told him why, and i couldn't be bothered to think about why, but that's all i said and he was enraged at my curtness.
he continued to ply me for reasons...
him: but why don't you like it?!?!?
me: because i never eally liked thattype of car
him: for what reason?!?! !! !! !!
me: i guess because it is not to my taste.....
etc etc. i never really told him. i just could not be bothered to put in the effort to think of why i did not like it.
so i was in the wrong, and if you've got nothing to say, then that is what should be said.

No that's not it. Nts have a shorthand that we are often unaware of. It is not that you didn't have reasons, it is that it does not matter if you like it or not. What matters is that someone is sharing their enthusiasm with you. It is the connection itself and the sharing of the good feelings that is important. Now I realize that you, obviously, do not share in the good feeling. The object is uninteresting to you and you don't care about the enthusiasm of the other, as you don't feel it. So you have a few options here. You can express your lack of enthusiasm and put an end to the sharing, you can say you like the object which is a lie and disingenuous. Or, the option I would go for in this situation, I would find what does make me feel good in the situation and go with that. For example, with the car, I would say, eg. "Wow, that car is in awesome condition," or "that's great that is has such low mileage," or "I love the colour," you get the idea.
It's up to you if you want to play this game or not, I do it because on some small level, I do care about the enthusiasms of others even if the object doesn't interest me (for a limited time.)
