It's like intellectual dueling.Not that. For typical things 'real world' is much better. If I'm gonna have fun and beer, I want it with my friends, not with uknown people on internet. So it's much better to save the intellectual dueling for internet instead of risking friendship with people you actually know talking about politics or any other polemical issue.

What's a normal conversation? Like.. talking about being.. manly.. and.. such? Or something more female-appropriate like how cute you would look if you could just get this one super special pair of shoes, or uh how men are disobedient servants who need to know their place.. or like.. who's farts smell prettier and more feminine.. or whatever girls talk about together?
The weather or someplace you have been that you like, these are examples of normal conversations. Some men refuse to talk to women like they would normal people or they just want to talk about inappropriate stuff then they complain the world is against them. No one likes them. They have to apologize for being men. NO. Just start with basic conversation skills and see how far that gets you and I am not talking about shoes and perfume. Women talk about that stuff with women for Chrissakes. It's expected, just like men will talk about certain subjects with other men. Biggest reason men cannot get together with women is they refuse to just talk about normal things and try to keep it friendly. No big crises in the first five minutes. No complaints about apologists. No sex talk. Just get-to-know-each-other talk. I guarantee if guys could hone this one vital skill, they would never be alone on a Friday or Saturday night.
