I didn't think it was rushed for political reasons, it was rushed because there is a pandemic and we need a vaccine asap.

utter balderdash, again. you armchair supply siders conveniently leave out the generous PPACA subsidies that made health coverage available for the first time to working class folks for pennies on the dollar. go ahead and continue spreading this tired old falsehood about pofolk who couldn't afford obamacare with the subsidies. the only people who got absolutely no subsidies already made a solid middle class income [6 figures per annum] and could well have afforded their own private market insurance. demand-side ["third way"] economics is the only thing that makes capitalism tolerable for the workers of this nation.
