Please stop with the excess hatred and anger of Trump
I won't dignify the rest with a response, but you make an excellent point. She's supposed to write words for a living, right? What an idiot. The comment is untrue on its face, and she has often spoken out against other people blowing things up saying accurately that it makes things worse, much worse. What an idiotic moment, anyway.
Do you know who I was referring to?
Your comment shows such bald disrespect that I find it worth noting.
In addition, it shows your own ignorance. When you posted that, you hadn't actually seen Madonna, and you didn't know exactly what she had said. You had just read some right wing douchebag analysis, which accurately reported she had said something inflammatory, and then went on to talk about the women's march. I bet if I could find that article, that they also called the women marching undignified.
Anyone who knows exactly what Madonna said, and I don't want to repeat it, will see where my comment directly references her exact words. Words of which you probably remain ignorant at this time.
Is it always undignified when women march?
You behave very strangely. I don't know if you are just trolling or under the influence of something. But I won't be conversing with you any longer.
Where are the limits?
I would say they are where the chief of state/chief executive/chief administrator/chief diplomat/commander in chief/chief legislator/party chief/chief citizen decides they are.
Well, that's a pretty good definition of censorship.

I don't think censorship is a bad thing in certain cases. What if instead of thrashing the president every night, Stephen Colbert started trashing LGBT? How long would the president of CBS allow that to continue? Would that be considered a bad form of censorship and a violation of Colbert's first amendment rights? I know that's probably a bad example and a false equivalency and all that, but I'm sure you know what I mean. Now I'm not in favor of the president exercising tyrannical fascist control over government agencies, but I do think he's entitled to exercise some control.

How is free speech applicable? This is their job and Donald Trump is there boss, if you go home from working at McDonald's and start posting everywhere about how Burger King is better and that McDonald's puts kangaroo in their meat then expect to be fired not just shut up. People can speak in their capacity as private citizens but it is another when they use the official title of a government agency.

This is getting ridiculous:

it isn't like this in the original video with the real speed. He was just slightly pushing her aside so he steps in to the podium.

It's completely ridiculous. Some people just make something out of nothing or a mountain out of a molehill.
In the article it says "My guess is that the web pages will be taken down, but the links and information will be available".
I see nothing wrong with this because we now have a President in the White House who does not believe in climate change. Since he doesn't believe in climate change, of course, he is going to take that page down from the EPA. The information can be put back up when there is a President who believes in climate change again.
Have you completely given up on the concept of free speech?
Free speech has it's limits. Not sure if that applies in this case. But I believe the president has the right decide what government agencies say in certain cases.
Ifs it's free speech than there are no limits.I don't have to agree with what they are saying, but I agree they have the right.

I would expect this to be the first major anti-Trump protest that's conducted in a dignified manner. No rioting, no silly costumes, no keynote speaker talking about blowing things up etc.
So if a few of those scientists decide to wear a costume that you think is silly that discredits the whole reason they are marching? Most people at the women's March were not in costume, but hey since women's rights don't concern you,it must all be silly.
I'm hoping that Bill Nye shows up dressed like a tree.

Because these people are public servants. They are not the employees of the President's personal business. Presidents come and go, but the purpose of government agencies is to inform the public to the best of their ability. The state is not a business that sells stuff to its citizens. Their business is not marketing.
In fact, I'm starting to think that this is the gist of the matter; that a large group of American citizens imagine their state to be some kind of business, draw all kinds of false equivalences between their state and a private company, and fail to see that companies are in their very nature undemocratic.

Maybe I just didn't make myself clear. I'll try again. I feel that I deserve an apology. Your question basically accuses me of making stuff up. I might take that from someone who knows more than I do, but that is not the case here.

A public servant is a government official, government officials are appointed by the president who is the chief executive officer of the administration they are put in charge of. The president is the boss of the public servants and their agencies. They're not voted in by the people, they're hired by the president. Anyone who works for the executive branch of the government works under the president who is ultimately in charge.

You answered the same question twice. Your first response was:
I asked you that because I wasn't sure if we were talking about the same person and was simply making sure we were on the same page. Then you answered the same question a second time, by going on an insulting tirade that looked nothing like your first reply to that same question. I don't know what your problem is, but I don't intend on playing along with that sort of thing.

Nonsense.
I answered the question, then later I responded to the insulting tone of the question. Insults, baseless accusations, and implausible protestations of innocence fill your posts. Everybody knows that. I wanted to give you a chance to realize that I knew better than you what we were discussing and apologize for your churlishness on your own. Ha.
You're nowhere near clever enough to come up with a word like undignified on your own, but you have a savant ability to recognize it as inflammatory so you use it. It's way beyond your creative capacities to so brilliantly capture male privilege in an innocent-sounding term.
