There is no such thing as a "kid in the womb" shy of very illegal sex acts. There are fetuses in the womb, but not "kids".

Quit trying to blur that very clearly illustrated line between being born either through cesarean or normal birth and being a fetus that could potentially develop, be aborted, or miscarried.

In terms of having "a long possible life ahead of them", a fetus is the same as a baby who has been born.

As is any sperm looking for an egg. Just as eager to endow its genetic wisdom on a self sustaining creature. Nature is cruel and God never listens to the prayers of a sperm.

The definition of when a human life begins, as in the one I agree with, is that it begins at conception.

However, I was not conscious of this world until the month before I became 4 years old, so did my life begin then and can abortions take place after birth?

Life begins when you cut the cord. The physical cord, not the emotional one.

Babies form memories before then. Its just that we have no frame of reference to draw them forth, and we exercise no effort in retaining them.

Not suggesting that you build a huge crib, s**t your pants and hope for infantile insight! :D <-- Thats a friendly/silly joke. Not meant to insult.

LOL, I'm really glad that I don't have those memories available to me.
